The Wheatbelt Christian Fellowship is a rural and remote area ministry of the Willetton Christian Church in Perth, which is part of the Christian Reformed Churches of Australia.
Services gather people from all denominations for worship as well as those who normally do not go to church but would like to worship with us.
Worship is led by Rev. Geoff van Schie who is the associate and outreach pastor of the Willetton Christian Church
Worship services are conducted in Wongan Hills the 1st and 3rd Sundays each month at 10am.
These services are being conducted in the the facilities of the Uniting Church – Wilson Street, Wongan Hills. After each service all are welcome to stay for a cuppa and a light lunch.
By invitation Pastor Geoff is ready to lead worship services in other towns when not preaching in Wongan Hills.
Invitations to lead a worship service in your town can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Groups & Classes
Encouragement & Support Group
Small group meetings for Bible study and for mutual encouragement and support can be arranged.
These groups can be both local gatherings in different towns as well as online groups meeting via a special secure visual/audio chat room the Wheatbelt Christian Fellowship has allocated to it.
If you are interested in help getting a small group started please contact us on (08) 9671 1349
Through a secure meeting room dedicated to this ministry classes and fellowship groups can be arranged. These are both audio and video and allow for face to face interaction with people living in towns far apart – even interstate!
Thus far we have had one class with just one participant (from Parkes NSW!)
These online classes can include people anywhere in Australia (or even further afield) who have good internet access.
Expressions of interest are most welcome by sending an email to email@example.com In the subject field type in ‘Online classes’.
Adult classes (individual or group) can be arranged by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and putting in the subject field ‘Adult online classes’
